  • Customised orders require a minimum of 70% advance payment to begin processing.

Shipping

  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, customs clearance, and courier services.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to monitor their shipment.

Customised Orders

  • Customised clothing is made specifically according to customer specifications.

  • No exchanges or refunds are available for customised orders under any circumstances.

Regular Orders – Size Exchange

  • Size exchange is available only for regular (non-customised) orders.

  • Requests for size exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for exchange approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged, destroyed, or burnt condition.

  • In such cases, customers must notify us immediately with clear proof (photos/videos) upon delivery.
